To please yourself you keep repeating the worst things of the day and damaging the people through your words.

Guys!  Your time is worth much more and better. You do not want to get angry about something that someone else did. Why would you choose to remain upset all the time for other’s behavior?

Let me help you escape this behavior and walk towards the happier you.

BEAM EFFECT

whenever something unpleasant happens, the attention narrows, and the focus point becomes the problem area. The red hot aching dot blink to blur the world around you. This is the cause of the thunder in your mental health.

SOLUTION

yes! Do not try to control everything rather believe that you are in control.

Refrain from slipping into a dark hole of assumptions. Why would you exhaust yourself in a false hoping of being able to fix everything?

 

Maximum problems are on the other side of the fence. People misbehaving with you have a trigger point somewhere else.

.You came across as a space goat. Imagine how fair is it to trouble yourself trying to fix the faults of a dreadfully confused person.

Stay in control of your life. Focus on your problems and only try to fix them. That is your focus area.

MAINTAIN YOUR STANDARDS

Never sink to their level. The wound might be deep and fresh but always maintain your standards. Stooping to their level will only double the pain.

Shift your focus on something that empowers you. This is the time to strengthen yourself. Build positive self-esteem. Mental health is all about making yourself comfortable.

Life should be a sum of your qualities. Make it a memoir of the times of dignity and strength. You are the protagonist of your life. Hence,  focus the spotlight on yourself.

Age should make you wise but not at all quite. Rather, it should make you contributing and less restrictive.
